I think that one way in which industrial waste can be related to every day life would be in the form of air pollution. The air we breathe is made unfit to ingest with the presence of industrial waste. There is little else that is more driven by daily existence outside of the ability to breathe. One of the most common and necessary functions of human beings is directly impacted by industrial waste.
Toxic or industrial waste that is buried in the ground can cause problems in daily life regarding the food that is grown and eaten. Food grown in areas where toxic waste is buried can become tainted. The act of eating food that has grown where industrial or toxic waste has been dumped impacts the fundamental quality of human life. The daily activity of eating and preparing food is impacted tremendously with the presence of industrial or toxic waste. Day to day actions such as breathing and eating becomes significantly challenging in light of toxic or industrial waste.
