The way to do this is primarily by education. So, if a corporation has a program that specifically deals with what is ethical and not, it will go a long way. They should probably deal with borderline cases and things that are common, so that the workers will feel that it is relevant. Also if the company wants to make great strides in this area, they should also follow up during the course of the year with workshops. Also they should put all of this into print in a workers handbook. In this way, people can look up these matters on their own.
