It might be tough to come up with 10 separate and distinct character traits, but know this: Puck loves to cause trouble and is very loyal to Oberon. He is arrogant, confident and a trouble maker. Puck is the third grade boy who pulls pig tails and kicks chairs out from underneath classmates.
Aside from that, he probably the play's central character also. Although he isn't introduced until Act 2, he is the only character closely liked to the rising action, conflict, falling action, and resolution of each separate plot. And he's just a fun character!
