Kit and Nat go through ups and downs during their relationship as they create a strong connection. It took them a while to get to know one another and to build trust. Many times she would be annoyed with him and he with her. Under it all, though, he kept coming back and she kept wanting him to. They did come to like each other and eventually to love each other. At the end of the book Kit realizes that \"it must have been Nat from the beginning.\"

Well, speaking personally, I don't really like him, but judging from the book, Kit does. She seems to fall for him due to their shared connection through Hannah, and by the end of the book, I'd say she loves him and plans to marry him.
