There is no clear connection to the story of the six days in which God is said to have created the world, but there is a connection to the story of Adam and Eve. This could be seen as part of the creation story.
In the story of Adam and Eve, Eve causes Adam to eat from the forbidden fruit. The serpent has tempted her into eating, but she then gets Adam to eat, causing him to sin. There are those who feel that Act I of Macbeth shows Lady Macbeth playing a similar role. They feel that she goads Macbeth into killing Duncan, thus causing him to sin. Thus, we can argue that Lady Macbeth and Eve both cause their men to sin.
