Irony is one of my favorite features of this story.  There are so many ironies that almost anything you identify is going to be ironic.  You have some good examples.  Montresor is ironic because it means gentleman, and he is a killer (and a lower class than Fortunado) while Fortunado is ironic because he is not lucky.

Really focus on the irony in the story, from the names, to Monstresor's coat of arms, to the final words of the story.
