In Act II Scene ii, Juliet is to contact Romeo (through a servant) the next day. Why ?

I will answer the first one you asked, and I've deleted the others.

Juliet decides that she loves Romeo as well and wants to get married.  After shoo-ing away her nurse, she comes back to the window and says that if he is serious and truthful in his feelings, he is to send a servant to set up the place and time of the wedding.

"If that thy bent of love be honourable,
Thy purpose marriage, send me word to-morrow,
By one that I'll procure to come to thee,
Where and what time thou wilt perform the rite"

This will set them up to be secretly married.  If he does this, she says she will marry him and "follow thee my lord throughout the world."
