Here are just a few that I've found in a quick search.  The TeacherTube video is interesting...there may be one on all the books, but this video deals only with the first book in the series.  These are great books!  My sons and I loved them.  Good Luck!

I am not sure if you are referring to the first book or the entire trilogy.  Here is a short 12 question quiz on the first book.

Here is a short 10 question quiz.

You might be looking for something more along the lines of a teaching unit.  Here is a study guide with about 2-3 questions per chapter.

If you are looking for something on the whole trilogy, here is a fine discussion guide from the publisher, Scholastic.

If you are not stuck on the idea of having quizzes, you can also use the book with a literature circle.  In a literature circle, groups get together and discuss the book.  There are different ways to do this, and in some cases each person has a role.  In some cases, each participant writes his or her own “discussable” questions.  Either way, you may get more out of the book that way.

I think that a good way to obtain questions on the Hunger Games, or any other kind of book, would be to just search up the book with the add of "...questions" after the book title.
