Yes, Mrs. Wilson is the same person as Myrtle Wilson.

Myrtle is married to George Wilson, the owner of an automobile garage in the Valley of Ashes. Myrtle has an affair with Tom and spends time with him in New York City, playing the part of the woman of privilege, fussing over what she wants Tom to buy her and throwing little parties.

Myrtle is killed by Tom's wife at the end of the story when Daisy is returning from a trip to New York City where Gatsby and Tom have a confrontation.
