To graph you could create a table of values yielding some points on the graph:(-4,2.5),(-3,10/3),(-2,5),(-1,10),(1,-10),(2,-5),(3,-10/3),(4,-2.5)
At zero we are dividing by zero, so there is a vertical asymptote at x=0.
Plotting the points we get:
Compare to y=1/x (graphed in red as dotted curve.)
There has been a reflection across the x-axis and a vertical stretch of factor 10. (The point (1,1) from y=1/x goes to (1,-10) in y=-10/x -- reflect 1 across the x-axis to -1, then multiply by 10 to get -10)
