It sounds like you are having some trouble accessing the full summary of your work.  On enotes you can ask questions for free any time, and you can view part of the summary of many different books.  In order to get the full benefit of enotes, you do need to become a member.  It’s not as expensive as you might think.  You can buy a one month basic membership for $14.95, and be able to ask 3 questions a day and access any summary or study guide for the month.  With a $19.95 premium membership you can ask 5 questions a day and you get priority so editors will help you faster!  Of course, the best idea is to buy a year membership so help is always there when you need it!
