Find the center (h, k) and radius r of the circle with the equation 4x^2 + 4y^2 - 12x + 16y - 5 = 0
4(x^2y^2-3x+4y-5/4)=0
x^2+y^2-3x+4y-5/4=0
(x^2 -2*3/2x +9/4-9/4) + (y^2 +2*2y+2^2 -4) -5/4=0
(x-3/2)^2 +(y+2)^2= 9/4 +4+5/4
(x-3/2)^2 +(y+2)^2=7.5
comparing with equation of the circle (x-h)^2 + (y-k)^=r^2,
centre(3/2,-2) and radious(r) is the square root of 7.5
