Take the sum of the bases.  Multiply the sum of the bases by the height.  Take that product and divide it by 2.  That gives you the area of the trapezoid.

In this case

15 + 20 = 35.

35*4 = 140

140/2 = 70.

So the area is 70 cm^2.
