fogoh(x) = f(g(h(x)))

=> f(g(x^2 + 1)

=> f( 2*(x^2 + 1) - 1)

=> 4*(2*(x^2 + 1) - 1)

=> 4*(2x^2 + 2 - 1)

=> 4*(2x^2 + 1)

=> 8x^2 + 4
