Note:- If y = x^n ; where n = constant ; then dy/dx = n*{x^(n-1)}

Now, 

`y = 15*x^(5/2)`

`y' = 15*(5/2)*x^{(5/2)-1}`

`or, y' = (75/2)*x^(3/2)`

`thus, y'' = (75/2)*(3/2)*x^{(3/2)-1}`

`or, y'' = (225/4)*x^(1/2)`
