Given  `f(v)=((1-2v)/(1+v))^3`

Find the derivative using the Quotient Rule within the Chain Rule.

`f'(v)=3((1-2v)/(1+v))^2[((1+v)(-2)-(1-2v)(1))/(1+v)^2]`

`f'(v)=(3(1-2v)^2(-2-2v-1+2v))/(1+v)^4`

`f'(v)=(3(1-2v)^2(-3))/(1+v)^4`

`f'(v)=-(9(1-2v)^2)/(1+v)^4`
