Since you have placed this in the business section, I will address laws that have to do with business, not laws such as those against murder.
First, we must note that not all ethical values have been enshrined in law. For example, we tend to think that it is unethical to mislead someone even if we do not outright lie to them. However, this is not exactly reflected in the law. For example, we allow advertising to be misleading in many cases.
That being said, there are quite a few ethical values that are enshrined in law. For example, we believe that it is unethical to take things that do not belong to us. In accordance with that, the law bans embezzlement. We believe that it is unethical to lie to someone else. In accordance with that, the law bans outright fraud even if it does allow some degree of exaggeration. As another example, we believe that it is unethical to take actions that bring harm to other people. In accordance with that, the law institutes liability for business that do not take reasonable care to ensure that their products will not harm people.
All of these are examples of ethical values that have been enshrined in our laws.
