Hydrologic cycle or the water cycle is the continuous movement of water in the earth as a whole. Water molecules are being transformed into various phases and are transferred from one place to the other. Climate change is a general term for the change in the distribution of weather in a certain area.

Due to global warming, the average temperature of the earth is slightly increasing. That increase is significant enough to change the course of water cycle. Due to global warming, the rate of evaporation happening in oceans will increase thus amount of rain will increase as well. As the rains are increased, the other part of the earth will have less of it. Dry regions will become drier and wet will be wetter.
