I don't understand the following assignment. Please explain it in plain English.
You are to “draft” a fictitious situation or scenario for your client. Your client could be a sports celebrity, actor, radio personality, politician or someone who is in the public eye. Please use discretion in determining the situation that your client is involved in. Your work is to take the form of a summary paragraph or paragraphs describing the situation surrounding your client.
Complete the required information that you and your public relations team will use to “troubleshoot” for your client: who, what, when, where, why, and how of the situation, (the 5W’s of reporting,) so that you can make an informed decision about the facts as they were presented.
Remember that your client is fictitious and that you are encouraged to place them in a situation that is appropriate for the assignment.
Essentially, this assignment is a sensory feeling task where you are immersed in the situation of working for a prestigious client in a public relations firm. Your client has been trapped in a very embarrassing or challenging situation and from a PR point of view, you and your team have to assemble a statement about the situation. For example, if your client is a professional athlete who has been accused of taking steroids or performance enhancement drugs, how are you going to spin it so that you can clearly explain where your client stands on the issue? It will require you to understand the full implications of the situation and draft a specific statement that explains your client's position on the situation.

You are asked make up a fake celebrity that you will pretend is your client. You need to make up a situation that your client is involved in, but make sure it is appropriate (nothing vulgar). You need to write a summary paragraph(s) making sure to include the 5 W's of reporting (who, what, when, where, why). Include the information that you and your public relations team would use to troubleshoot this situation. Make sure that you use a fake celebrity, so no real names. For example, my client celebrity might be Jessie Powell who is a professional baseball player. Obviously, I made him up. He is accused of taking steriods(again, made up). My job would be to troubleshoot as I would with a public relations team to tell what happened and make sure to tell who, what, when, where, and why.
