Yes, I think he was right to bring the fawn home. It wouldn't have had a chance at survival if left to fend for itself. While it's true that you shouldn't remove an animal from the wild, in this case it seems that there was no other good option.

I disagree with the previous post. Jody saved the fawn, since it would have been killed by wild animals had he not saved it when he did. He gave it a loving year of life and enjoyed the company of the pet he never had. I had several pets as a youngster that would be considered "wild animals." However, just like Jody, I had a...

Yes, I do! Im an animal lover and every little organism is important to me. So, I think it was an excellent idea.
