One way in which this can be done is to orient subordinates and/or followers to the higher vision and ethical standards that underpin the organization or corporation as a whole. Each employee and managing leader who accepts employment is bound to uphold the ethical standards of the corporation (or not accept the employment). Thus a leader who has ethical differences with followers motivates focusing on the larger ethical obligation of each.
