This is a fun question! In my opinion, there are a few "boring" meanings and one possible "exiciting" meaning. I am happy to explain both.
Let's begin with the boring meanings. It can mean "Direct File System Access" in the computer world. It can also mean a few boring things in the finance world such as the "Designated Finance Support Authority" or even less prominently the "Dubai Financial Services Authority."
Because it's most possible you are referring to the computer idea, the "Direct File System Access" is an actual network file system that stems off of NFSv4 and something called the "Virtual Interface" which is a mechanism of transfer. It uses RDMA (which is remote direct memory access) in order to provide very efficient access to data and networks. No need to access the file server with this system!
But in MY opinion, you really meant DFTBA which is a very famous acronym started by John Green (the author of The Fault in Our Stars) which has become the famous saying of the pro-nerd group called The Nerdfighters. In short, it stands for "Don't Forget to Be Awesome" and focuses on positive energy throughout the world.
