The main conflict is man v. man and it shows up in the two main story lines: society v. Boo Radley and society v. Tom Robinson. It also shows up in some of the minor story lines.  The time sequence is a span of a few years in the 1930's in a fictional Alabama small town, Maycomb.  You want more information than will easily fit here. If you are looking for more information on plot structure, I find it interesting how the novel seems to have two climaxes.  One, of course, is the Tom Robinson verdict.  The next, one could argue, is the Bob Ewell attack on the kids.
