In this particular scene, the relationship between Juliet and the nurse is a bit strained. Juliet is waiting for news about Romeo, and the Nurse, as the comic character she is, keeps changing the subject and rambling on before getting to the point. Instead of immediately delivering the message, she goes on about her ailing body, saying "Fie, how my bones ache!" (2.5.27). Juliet casts the Nurse's complaints aside and becomes frustrated.
The only thing Juliet wants to hear from the Nurse is the message she has from Romeo. Eventually, though, the Nurse tells Juliet what she wants to hear, and in the end, Juliet is happy with her.
