The question is too vague for a response to be provided. If you are referring to how many kinds of forces act on any body, the answer could range from none to hundreds.

If you would like to know how forces can be described that is usually done using vectors which allows us to find the net unbalanced force and the accompanying acceleration due to it.

To get a better answer, give us a question with more detail.

In general, you can draw a free body diagram to describe the forces that are acting on some body.  You can draw the body and then draw in vector lines or force arrows showing the various forces that are acting on the body -- their direction and their magnitude.

To be precise, we'll call the forces that act on a body as weights, electrical and magnetical forces, tensions, frictions etc.

If the forces that are acting on a body will not change the state of body, so that the body will not move or will not be deformed, we'll call the forces as balanced forces.

On contrary, if the forces do change the state of the body, they are called unbalanced forces.
