This is a very vague question...  I'm not sure what kind of conclusion you are asking about...

The story ends with Napoleon in the farm house with a bunch of people.  He has been drinking with them.  He has been very friendly and has told them that the farm's name is back to being Manor Farm.  Finally, at the end of the book, he and Pilkington are arguing because they are both trying to cheat at cards.  The narrator says you can't tell which is an animal and which is human.

To me, that's the conclusion -- it is that Napoleon has become just like the people.  He has forgotten the whole idea of Animalism and is no better than a person.
