A deciliter is equivalent to `1/10` liter.

0.5 liter = `5/10` liter = 5 deciliter

5 deciliters of water will fill a 0.5 l bottle.

1Litre = 10decilitre

Therefore 0.5L = 10*0.5decilitre.

So 5 decilitres will fill a 0.5L bottle.

Further the weight of water = 0.5*1000*1g = 500g
