Describe the primary themes and ideas at the center of Clark's dramatic work, Moo, by Sally Clark.
The primary ideas and themes in Moo seem to be contradictory. The first is the obvious theme of the "girl tries to get boy (who doesn't want to be gotten)" inverted archetype story. It covers decades and half a globe in terms of scene settings. A contradictory theme is that of the victimization of the heroic heroine who is also the assertive seductress: Director Russ Hunt called Moo a "virago, victim and seductress."
