Slope and y-intercept formula is y=mx+b, where b = y-intercept and m = the slope of the line.  So, in the problem for cx + y = dc is a substitute for m and d is a substitute for b.

Solving for y-intercept ..  the answer is d.

Solving for the slope .. y = -cx +d or -c.
