Research Question: Evaluate the communication behavior of the students.

Variable 1: Oral communication

Measurement scale: (on a scale of 1 to 5):

Survey Question: How would you rate the oral communication behavior of the student:

Responses: Non-existent: 1; below average: 2; average: 3; above average/good: 4; excellent: 5

Variable 2: Written communication

Survey Question: How would you rate the written communication behavior of the student:

Responses: Non-existent: 1; below average: 2; average: 3; above average/good: 4; excellent: 5

The responses can be either verbal (non-existent, average, etc.) or point based (1 to 5), depending on the respondent group.

Similarly, survey questions/responses can be either given to respondents as written questionnaire or as a viva-voce or oral questionnaire.

Good luck.
