What is the correct chronological order for the following events: Russo-Turkish War, Congress of Berlin, Russo-Japanese War and 1st & 2nd Balkan Wars
The correct chronological order for these events is the exact order in which you have presented them to us here.
There has been more than one Russo-Turkish War. However, the one that happened in proximity to these other events happened in 1877 and 1878. The outcome of that war was the Congress of Berlin, which was held in order to determine what should be done about the countries of the Balkans which largely caused the Russians and Ottomans to fight. The Russo-Japanese War followed in 1904 and 1905. The last of these events were the two Balkan Wars, which happened very soon before WWI, in 1912 and 1913.
