I will not do the actual lab exercise for you but it appears that the four solvent choices are water, a water/alcohol mixture, alcohol, and vegetable oil.  In terms of polarity, water is the most polar solvent, oil is the least polar, and alcohol is in the middle.  Since the more polar the solvent the further it will carry the chemicals being separated along the paper, water will move the chemicals the furthest, the water/alcohol mix next furthest, alcohol will rank next, and oil will move them the least.
