The equation of the circle is 8x^2+8y^2+48x+32y-96=0

8x^2+8y^2+48x+32y-96=0

=> x^2 + y^2 + 6x + 4y - 12 = 0

=> x^2 + 6x + 9 + y^2 + 4y + 4 = 25

=> (x + 3)^2 + (y + 2)^2 = 5^2

The center of the circle is (-3, -2) and the radius is 5.

The graph of the circle is:

The x-intercepts are `sqrt21 - 3` and `-sqrt 21 - 3`

The y-intercepts are -2 and -6
