Characterization through body parts of Atticus Finch.

This is an English assignment for me. It is about finding evidence that describe a character through body parts. This is not in a direct sense ("All Finch's had bad left eyes...") but more using body parts to describe the characters.

EXAMPLE:  Spine/Neck/Backbone (When atticus gets spit on, he refuses to fight)

Here is a list of examples of body parts: Ears, Brain, Eyes, Feet/Toes/Legs, Hands/Fingers/Arms, Chest Cavity/Heart, Nose, Face, Mouth/Teeth, Muscles, Soul

Again, this not a direct quote used to actually describe the appearance of Atticus.  What i want is like backbone/spine implies courage and strength so, "When atticus shoots the dog."

Thank You

The children see cars approach and the narrator says,

“Nobody got out. We saw Atticus look up from his newspaper. He closed it, folded it deliberately, dropped it in his lap, and pushed his hat to the back of his head. He seemed to be expecting them.”

This scene represents several of Atticus’ body features, including his ears,...
