Change `4pi ` to degree measure.

Multiply radians by `(180˚)/pi ` to convert to degrees.

Therefore,  ` 4pi ` `*` `180/pi ` .

`pi` cancels which leaves 4 `*` 180 = 720.

`4pi `=720˚

We know that the conversion factor is pi radians = 180 degrees. Since we are given the measure in radians we will multipliy by 180 degrees / pi radians so that units and pi cancels properly. 

4pi x 180/pi = 720 degrees.
