Can someone tell me if the word "blithesome" fits into this sentence.
'Clemency, I had this wonderful dream last night about the oracle's prophecy!' Temprence said with his blithesome voice while clasping on his wife's hand.'
*Clemency and Temprence are names :)

"Blithesome" is defined as meaning "carefree and happy and light-hearted."
Your sentence is spoken by a husband to his wife, telling her about a "wonderful" dream he had the previous night concerning a forecast of the future given by an "oracle." Oracles are usually considered as being the voices through which gods or other other-worldly powerful creatures can send messages to mortals on Earth.
Assuming that the man's dream really was a positive one and that he is not being sarcastic in describing it in that way, the word "blithesome" would be very appropriate. If Clemency and Temprence had been worried about something in their future, the message from the oracle could have been reassurance that all will be alright.
