Draw the dilation of the image where the center is H and k=3:

First copy the image.

Now draw a ray from H through D. Measure HD. Mark off the point that is 3 times as far away from H as D. (e.g. if HD is 5, then find the point on the ray that is 15 units from H.) This point is D'.

Repeat this process for the given points G,F,E, and J.

Connect D',E',F', and G' to form the dilated image of the parallelogram.
