It's going to be a bit challenging to complete this assignment completely and accurately given only the trailer to help you here. I think that you can pull out a couple of things, though. The first would be that there is an obvious ethical challenge between what the family members of police officers have to do in upholding their own codes of conduct as police officers, their own duties as family members, and what they must do as human beings. There are obvious ethical considerations to take on all fronts. If their perceived "duties" as police officers come in conflict with one another, what wins out? Loyalty to the family, to the job, to their own sense of right and wrong? I think that this is an obvious ethical consideration that is present in the trailer. In terms of the Constitutional issues that are present, the most dominant one is how police officers monitor one another. Given the fact that one of them is investigating others, there is a large constitutional question as to what to do when the police need policing. How does this impact due process, procedural and substantive forms, is one issue brought out from the trailer. I would encourage you to watch the trailer, perhaps a couple of times, to see if you can find more examples of these types of issues.
