Can anybody tell me (in detail) some of the elements of humor in the play Richard III with examples?

Ok, this may seem a little silly, but whenever I hear the "My kingdom for a horse" line it makes me laugh. I think that part of the reason is that I have seen the Al Pacino documentary Looking for Richard too many times, so I see both the serious and humorous side to the situation and desperation in the line.
