Can anybody suggest me how to make text editable format like MS word?
My sister is working on research of New York State University. She have some printed copy of the research, anybody can suggest me how she can make it editable format like MS word??

I am assuming, based on the nature of your question, that the research in a computer format already. The easiest thing to do would be to copy and paste the portions that are needed into a word document. Depending on the file type that the research is already in, you may have the option to go to "file-save as" and select a different file type. Of course, remember that this should only be done for the purpose of note taking and not for the purpose of writing a paper. Copying and pasting (or copying in general) is plagiarism, a form of cheating. In many colleges, a student can be sanctioned or even expelled for acts of plagiarism. Personally, I would suggest printing out the documents so the student can highlight key phrases or make notes in the margin. Quotes directly from another author's work are only acceptable if they are properly cited. Before you try to edit something that someone else has written, it might be helpful to review the articles on plagiarism linked below.
