Memo writing is simple and direct. The memo should include the names of the people who are getting the memo and the writer of the memo. If possible, the memo should be brief and possibly even in bullet form. The point is to get information out to as many people as possible fast.

In general, a business memo should be very clear and very concise.  Plain, straightforward language should be used. Memos longer than a page are often frowned upon.
