Hi!

At a first glance and to the untrained eye the page might look reliable as it has a myriad of different sources and resources to which one can go and conduct a research.

However- None of the sources are entirely reliable because not all of them have been peer reviewed, documented with data, nor part of an actual experiment. Therefore, amongst all those wonderful sources you may have a lot of subjective content in the form of blogs, personal webpages, links to products, and connections to outer areas away from the research.

As far as validity, since each source comes from a completely different area, it is hard to validate its weight for a research because we simply do not know where the sources came from. Once we can find a JOURNAL which is peer reviewed, and has gone through an editing and preview process before publishing THEN you can use those as valid and reliable sources.
