The answer above seems to be correct (I say "seems" simply because I'm not an expert on blood types.  Apparently, if the baby is born into the B blood group, the baby could be either B+ or B-.  For a handy little mechanism for calculating such things, take a look here:

If both parents have blood type B, the baby will have either blood type B or blood type O.  Which one it is will depend on other genetic information from the parents.  The baby will not have either blood type B or OB.  Here is a useful chart I found.
