Draw a right triangle with one leg labeled 102m, and the other leg labeled `h` . The acute angle adjacent to the side 102m is `20^@` .

The height `h` is found using the tangent function. The tangent is defined as the side opposite the acute angle over the side adjacent or `tan alpha=("opposite"}/{"adjacent")`

So `tan 20^@=h/102==>h=102tan20^@`

Then `h~~37.12`

The height of the church is approximately 37m
