Maybe some of the following would be good titles for your essay.  Of course, your choice of title will depend largely on the content of your essay.  And, I assume, your grade will depend more on your content than on your title!

a) OTC Drugs: The Genie is Out of the Bottle

b) Pandora's Little Medicine Bottle

c) Should Over-the-Counter Stay Behind the Counter?

d) OTC Drugs: Don't Count on Them

e) OTC Drugs: Count Teenagers Out

f) What's Behind Over-the-Counter?

g) Teenagers Overuse Over-the-Counter

h) Over-the-Counter Risks are Over-hyped

i) A Counter-intuitive Look at Over-the-Counter Drugs

Yes, that is an interesting title for the pharm parties topic. In choosing a title for your essay, consider your thesis and what you think your point should be. So I agree with the above poster that you might want to include a subtitle to make the connection clear.
