Do you use the Accelerated Reader program (AR) in your school? If so, you can order an AR quiz on this book. I've pasted a link to the AR web site for you below.

Even though eNotes doesn't have lesson plans for the book, we do have a section of Ideas for Group Discussion. You might be able to adapt these into a test or quiz format. I've pasted a link to it below as well.

There is a little on the net about this.  The novel is not in wide use academically yet.  You could use the links below to create a test, or the penguinreaders.com site has a unit plan you might use.

I'm not sure there is such a thing online. I've included the study guide to this novel here at enotes, but the editors have not yet written a lesson plan for this work. If you want a simple 47-question true/false and matching test, I have posted one at the link below.
