The phrases are from Act V, scene i in which Romeo purchases poison from an apothecary after hearing of Juliet's "death."
(spoken by apothecary)
Put this in any liquid
And drink it off
and, if you had the strength
of twenty men,
it would dispatch you straight
(spoken by Romeo)
There is thy gold
worse poison to men's soul,
in this loathsome world,
doing more murders
than these poor compounds
that they mayst not sell.
_Sorry, i cannot place "thing you will"
These lines are taken from Act V Sc. 1 of Shakespeare's "Romeo and Juliet."
Romeo expects good news from Verona,
"If I may trust the flattering truth of sleep,
My dreams presage some joyful news at hand."
but Balthasar arrives with the dreadful news that Juliet is dead. At once he decides to buy some poison and return to Verona and commit suicide on Juliet's grave, "well, Juliet, I will lie with thee tonight. "
Romeo visits an apothecary to carry out his plan and he asks the apothecary to sell him some strong poison for forty ducats. The apothecary very reluctantly agrees to do so saying,
Put this in any liquid thing you will,
And drink it off; and, if you had the strength
Of twenty men, it would dispatch you straight.
To which Romeo replies,
There is thy gold, worse poison to men's souls,
Doing more murders in this loathsome world,
Than these poor compounds that thou mayst not sell.
I sell thee poison; thou hast sold me none.
Farewell: buy food, and get thyself in flesh.
