The first link is a site that gives advice on how to pass the test; with some helpful links at the bottom of the page.  The advice given is good advice for any test-taker.

The author mentions that many of the textbooks have sample questions at the end of each chapter.  The review section at the end of each chapter was also mentioned by others in several discussion forums as the guide to knowing what you'll be tested on.

Perhaps you can get someone to ask you these questions verbally and judge your answers against the book.  That could help you prepare.
