There is so much that Jesus said to her that can trigger thought and reflection. First, there is the idea of the messiah. This is how the text ends. I am sure that she would be filled with prayers concerning this, because she as a Samaritan was looking forward to the messiah. So, if she was persuaded that Jesus was the messiah, she would have realized that the time of fulfillment must have come. She could also reflect on the fact that Jesus knew about her past and her many husbands. Perhaps she thought about her own loneliness or own thirst and that she desperately needed the water of which Jesus was speaking. Her subsequent zeal points in this direction.

If I were writing a prayer about this, I would focus on what it is that I (as the woman) want from Jesus.

I think there are a couple of things that she would be asking for.  First, I think she would be asking to understand better what the "water" of etneral life is and how she can get it (so she'll be asking for understanding of that part of his message).

Second I think she would be asking how to worship properly as Jesus says that God wants them to.  I imagine that this is what she was thinking and feeling as she spoke to Jesus -- wondering about what he meant by these things and wishing to understand his words better.
