What about "A life worth dying for"? A bit corny I know, but perhaps expresses the strange "life" that Miss Emily lives and the way she has actually, symbolically at least, "died" so long before she begins to live.

I think that this would probably take away from the aim of the story, which is a tribute to her.

I also cannot think of a better title because I've always felt it was the author's and narrator's way of paying tribute to Miss Emily, a tragic character who is a product of her unfortunate upbringing.  I have always felt sorry for Miss Emily because of how her father treated her.  All she wanted was human companionship and she was denied it for so long.

I cannot think of a better title given the shades of meaning for the word rose.  The rose is most often thought of as a symbol for love in which case Homer is the "rose" or love for Emily.  However, there is another meaning of rose to consider.  In Medieval times the rose was used as a sign of silence or secrecy.  A rose was hung from the ceiling at a meeting of secret societies indicating a demand for discretion.  The rose in the title of the story could therefore stand for Emily's secret; that is Homer her "rose" whom she cherished, loved and kept to herself even after his body was corrupted by the decay of time.

How about "The Gulity"?  This title, like its original could have multiple meanings.  The townsfolk?  Homer?  Emily's father?  Emily?

In reply to #1: What about "for the love of dead the dead"? because Emily keeps the people that have died in her house with her

why not to be " The late Truth " because we cauld find the truth at the end of the story , and the truth was the climax of the story
